So I haven’t had turkey burgers in a little while but I remember my mom would make them when I was little with soy sauce and I loved them! So I wanted to try to make them and have fun with it, make it a little more interesting. So I mixed up the ground turkey meat with diced bell peppers, cooked broccoli rabe, and diced mushrooms. I added my usual seasonings: seasoned salt, Mrs. Dash, garlic, pepper, etc. and it came out really yummy! I have them with cooked veggies for dinner or on toasted bread for lunch and i’m very happy with it, I plan to keep this one in my back pocket!
