This salmon was just too good not to share!
I got Ryan an air fryer as a gift last Christmas. So we wanted to air fry some salmon and the air fryer came with a recipe book so I used their recipe and it came out so wonderful! What you need to know here, whether you have an air fryer or not, is how I made this perfect sauce (you can also check our IG recipes stories for how to make this quick).
You'll need some soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, ginger, garlic, and Grandma's mango pepper sauce.
Put a 1/2 cup of soy sauce, two-three pinches of brown sugar (literally), some minced garlic about a tsp, a splash of ginger powder, 1tbsp of honey, and a splash of Grandma's mango pepper sauce. Mix it all up with a fork or whisk and add the sauce to a pot. Bring the sauce to a high heat and turn it down to simmer just for five minutes or less to thicken the sauce and make it a true teriyaki sauce! There you have a delicious dipping/spreading sauce and the perfect pairing with your salmon!
*pro tip, don't let the sauce cook for too long or else it will candy and get too hard to use! (I did that once trying to make a balsamic syrup!)

I don’t eat anything spicy. I make all types of wings and spicy salmon for my family and truck drivers on road. Every meal I make everyone loves them. I will be ordering more very soon. Please keep making these wonderful flavors. You two are truly a blessing to my kitchen.
