I love salmon, polenta, and at work for lunch they sometimes give us grilled veggies that are so good I had to give them a try at home.
Ryan seasoned this Salmon with a drizzle of honey, salt, pepper, parsley, red pepper flakes, garlic.
I sliced up the polenta and laid it on the grill (the top shelf part). I like the taste of polenta on it’s own so I don’t add anything to it.
The carrots we brushed with a little olive oil, brown sugar, and laid on the grill. If you want them softer I would recommend boiling them for a little bit before putting them on the grill.
