So have you ever been to PF Changs and they have those delicious lettuce wraps on the appetizers portion of the menu? Ok well my husband bought butter lettuce and was wondering what it was good for and google said lettuce wraps and bam, I was into it. We have a big jug of general tso’s sauce from, I believe, Costco and I basically just diced up chicken breast (after tenderizing it, I like it to flatten and thin out a thick chicken breast). Then I threw it in a pan over medium heat with some soy sauce as well as the general tso’s and let it cook up. I like to add some red pepper flakes as well for a touch of heat and it tasted just like the restaurant kind! We loved it! You can always alter what you season it with or what sauces you use and make it a very healthy dish considering it’s just lean protein and vegetable. Yum!
