Leg of Lamb

We got a new grill (after our last one pretty much exploded) and I've been trying to cook everythingggg on it! I picked up a small leg of lamb from the grocery store for dinner and we seasoned it as follows:

Marinate it in some ACV, minced garlic, salt and pepper (the longer the better).

Throw it on the grill for 45 mins

While it's on the grill, make a juice (let's call it jus to be fancy!). In a pan make one to two cups of chicken broth, 1-2 tbs of butter, salt, pepper, and Grandma's Trini pepper sauce to taste. Bring to a boil and let it simmer for just a couple mins, let's say at least 5. 

Once it's cooked through take the lamb off the grill, slice it, and pour the jus on top (or just drink it because it's so damn good...or maybe don't, but it is good!)

Serve with anything you like really. Last night I had it with rigatoni, tonight I'll have it with quinoa! Enjoy!
