I have nothing else to say other than what is in the title! This stuff was good! Ryan surprised me with this one!
The key to this one was an overnight marinade of the following:
-Himalayan sea salt
-Ground pepper corns
-A dab of Grandma’s
-The juice of a squeezed orange (save this for on top over the grill)
We had it with some cabbage Ryan’s mom made with Grandma’s, onions and sweet peppers. Woo, this was a good meal!
