I Didn't Make This One But...
Ok so it was my birthday and I started to feel a little run down by the end of the day and all I wanted was some good noodle soup in my onesie to end the day. So I ordered pho, a large! I’ve never ordered that big before lol. I recently had a Vietnamese coworker of mine take me out to lunch for some authentic pho (for my first time trying it) and it was really good, so I ordered some more. Pho always has limes included and I was taught to squeeze some of that fresh lime on it for added flavor. So that night I put two and two together and thought our pepper sauce might add a nice kick of heat, better than sriracha, because our sauce also has some lime and…..MANNNNN was I right! It was the perfect addition!! Sriracha is great but sometimes the flavor isn’t quite right for just everything. I was excited that I now had a new genre of food to enjoy our pepper sauce on. Next time you order in some asian food, why not give ours a try on top!
