I've never been someone who loved salads. I really only appreciate salads if they are full of protein and/or exciting add-ins and can be filling.
I may not be a big salad fan but I do try…sometimes.
So I had some gorgonzola cheese, cherry tomatoes, and thought it might go well with some crispy bacon. I also got this amazing balsamic that I love and wanted to enjoy it with that, but! I also added a little blue cheese dressing to the mix too. I actually really enjoyed it, so I wanted to share! (Also a nice glass of white wine or rosé with this never hurt).
